Hi, I’m Nathalie. I’m a certified wellness and fitness coach. I’m a power lifting record holder, professional body builder and I’ve also competed at a high level in judo, sambo, wrestling and skiing!
I’ve spent time as an assistant to the French Olympic team, helping them with their conditioning for bobsled, karate, swimming, archery, skiing and ice skating.
In addition, I’ve worked with a professional world boxing middleweight champion on conditioning and guiding nutrition to improve her speed, flexibility and power.

Physical activity reduces stress by releasing endorphins, (chemicals produced in the brain during times of pain and stress) which improve your mood and decrease tension. Endorphins play a vital role in helping high achieving professionals to manage stress levels and stay calm under pressure.

Resistance workouts enhance strength and stability, particularly when they include moves that emphasize power and balance. This kind of exercise strengthens muscles, and strong muscles can help improve bone density, which reduces the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.

Over the course of 16 weeks we’ll work together via online video sessions to help you improve your presence and power.
I know you’re busy and under a lot of pressure, which is why our training sessions are designed to have maximum impact in just a few minutes a week. We’ll meet up once a week for 30 minutes, using zoom, for a personalized work out.
Each session you’ll report back on your progress and we’ll adapt our goals and plans to meet your needs, and work together to overcome and mindset or physical issues you’re facing.
We’ll run through each exercise together and I’ll ensure your posture and form are correct.
